A relationship, not a class period

GEMpower is community-based mentoring — mentors and mentees spend time together outside of school in everyday activities, not just scheduled sit-downs. That's what sets it apart from other mentoring programs.
We want every student to leave high school knowing someone believed in them, invested in them, and helped them become the person they're capable of becoming.
