Learners and Leaders
The Learners & Leaders Program is for high-potential middle school students who care about personal growth and are ready to explore their academic strengths, develop leadership skills, and begin building a purposeful journey toward high school and beyond.
This is not tutoring or a casual club.
This is a year long growth pathway that builds the skills, mindset, and purpose that students need for success in competitive academic and leadership environments.

What the Program Helps Students Achieve?
✔️Explore Academic Pathways - Students discover fields like STEM, humanities, debate, entrepreneurship, and research to uncover what truly energizes them.
✔️Build Leadership & Communication -Through team challenges, public speaking, problem-solving, and project management, students grow into confident leaders who take initiative.
✔️Accelerate Academically - Students build strong math foundations—Pre-Algebra through Algebra II—with a pathway toward AP Calculus AB by junior year, and begin early SAT English preparation.
✔️Develop Personal Purpose - Using Stanford University’s Purpose Compass, students explore: what the world needs, their strengths, and what they love.
This becomes the blueprint for their future.
✔️ Launch a Real Purpose-Driven Project (MVP) - Students design a small but meaningful project (MVP), test it, improve it, and share the results—building resilience, creativity, and confidence.
✔️ Scale Their Impact Through Mentorship - With guidance, students expand their project by supporting or teaching younger peers—developing true leadership experience.
✔️Build a Competitive Digital Portfolio for Applications & Admissions - Throughout the year, students collect artifacts, reflections, achievements, and project presentations that help them stand out for high-school pathways, college admissions, selective summer programs, scholarships, and more.
