Friday Youth Night is a weekly experience to unplug, get active, and grow together — through games, teamwork, reflections, and hands-on learning.

All activities are intentionally designed to help youth connect movement and mindfulness with leadership and meaning.
We kindly encourage regular attendance so your child can truly benefit from the values and lessons shared throughout the program.
What Happens Each Friday

Soccer scrimmages, basketball drills and volleyball, and other activities
Time to relax, reflect, and recharge
Bond with mentors and develop relationships
