Arabic Summer Program
The Arabic Summer Program is a structured academic experience designed to strengthen students’ reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in Modern Standard Arabic. Using Al-Arabiyyah Bayna Yadayk – Book 1, students develop vocabulary, grammar accuracy, and conversational fluency while building confidence in real-world communication.

Financial Aid

- Middle and high school students are eligible to earn 1 high school World Language credit through ALIA School.
- ALIA School Cognia Accreditation is approved and accepted by Frisco ISD.
- For all other school districts, students must obtain approval from their guidance counselor to earn alternative World Language credit.
The book is structured to develop language proficiency through dialogues, vocabulary building, grammar instruction, listening comprehension, speaking practice, reading passages, and guided writing exercises. Each unit includes structured drills and communicative tasks designed to build practical, real-world language use.
Al-Arabiyyah Bayna Yadayk – Book 1 Unit Themes (Level 1)
• Introductions and Greetings – Learning how to introduce oneself, greet others, and begin basic conversations.
• The Family – Vocabulary and expressions related to family members and home life.
• The Home – Describing rooms, living spaces, and daily routines.
• Daily Life – Discussing school activities, schedules, and everyday responsibilities.
• Food and Drink – Vocabulary for meals, common foods, and simple dining conversations.
• Studies and School – Classroom vocabulary, educational settings, and academic communication.
• Work and Occupations – Describing jobs, professions, and work environments.
Prerequisite: Students must already know how to read Arabic.

Our instructors are graduates of Al-Azhar University and Darul Uloom College with over 10 years of experience teaching Arabic. They bring strong academic training, structured methodology, and a supportive approach to ensure student progress and confidence.
By the end of the six-week program, students will demonstrate measurable growth in comprehension, structured speaking, reading fluency, and written expression in Arabic.
