🏃‍🎨 What Your Child Will Experience Each Friday

This is not unstructured playtime. It’s a thoughtfully designed 2-hour experience to keep kids engaged.

♟️ Chess Instruction & Play (45 Minutes)

Children are introduced to chess in a fun, age-appropriate way that builds:

  • Focus and patience
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Sportsmanship and respect
  • Strategic thinking

Activities include warm-up puzzles, guided mini-lessons, and friendly matches.

🏃 Obstacle Course & Movement Games (25 Minutes)

After mental focus, kids move their bodies in a healthy way:

  • Indoor obstacle courses
  • Relay races and teamwork games
  • Balance and coordination activities

This helps children release energy while learning cooperation and confidence.

🧗 Rock Wall Climbing (15 Minutes)

A supervised, safety-focused climbing experience designed to:

  • Build confidence and courage
  • Encourage turn-taking and peer support
  • Help children experience healthy challenge and achievement

📺 Story Videos with Life Lessons (20 Minutes)

Screen time is intentional and purposeful. Children watch a short animated story focused on values

such as:

  • Honesty
  • Kindness
  • Perseverance
  • Respect
  • Fair play

This is followed by a brief, age-appropriate group discussion.

🎨🍎 Snack & Reflection (15 Minutes)

We end the night calmly and intentionally:

  • Light snack time
  • Coloring, quiet activities, or puzzles
  • Reflection through sharing:
    • “What I learned today” OR "One positive takeaway from the night" etc

Children leave grounded, calm, and proud of themselves.
