Emerging Leaders Conference
The GEM Emerging Leaders Conference is an immersive experience where you will learn and grow together with your peers. The conference will feature multiple keynote addresses by successful and renowned speakers, experts researchers, and experienced professionals who will share their leadership stories, insights, and expertise. The sessions will focus on discussion and interaction where students learn with and from each other, deepening the learning and impact of the program. A significant amount of the program will be spent in small learning groups, where students will engage in dialogue, reflect on learnings together, share personal insights, and have an opportunity to build lasting relationships. There will also be opportunities for one-on-one coaching and mentorship.

Preparation & Required Readings
Participants will be required to complete prerequisite readings and reflections. All required work must be completed before the start of the program. All materials will be provided after the orientation, and it is important to plan at least 10 hours self-paced preparation prior to program start.
Pre-Program Orientation
Participants will be invited to attend a mandatory Pre-Program Orientation Session via Zoom approximately one week before the start of the program. This session will be hosted by the program chairs, Arben Istrefi and Farah Rahman, who will give an overview of the program and respond to any questions that participants may have. This will also be an opportunity to meet your peers prior to the program.
