GEM School provides a full-time private education option for families in Celina seeking a smaller and more attentive academic setting. Students complete accredited coursework with consistent guidance instead of being expected to work through difficulties alone.
The structured schedule helps students develop routines, manage assignments, and make steady academic progress. Smaller class settings also give educators more opportunities to recognize when a student needs additional instruction, encouragement, or a different explanation.
Now Accepting Texas Education Freedom Accounts (TEFA)
GEM School is now an approved provider under the Texas Education Freedom Accounts (TEFA) program. Through this program, families in Texas may receive up to $10,474 per student for the 2026–27 school year. Students with disabilities may qualify for up to $30,000 annually.
These funds can be used for tuition, textbooks, tutoring, and other approved expenses at participating private schools. Payments are handled through a state-managed system, so families don’t need to manage the funds directly.
