Now Accepting Texas Education Freedom Accounts (TEFA)
GEM School is now an approved provider under the Texas Education Freedom Accounts (TEFA) program. Through this program, families in Texas may receive up to $10,474 per student for the 2026–27 school year. Students with disabilities may qualify for up to $30,000 annually.
These funds can be used for tuition, textbooks, tutoring, and other approved expenses at participating private schools. Payments are handled through a state-managed system, so families don’t need to manage the funds directly.
This makes Private Education FREE at GEM School for eligible families who have been considering a structured, faith-aligned learning environment but were concerned about cost. For eligibility and application details, you can visit educationfreedom.texas.gov or reach out to our admissions team.
