Who can join the SAT preparation program?

The program is primarily designed for high school students in grades 9 through 12. Many students begin during 10th or 11th grade, while others start earlier to strengthen foundational Math, Reading, and Writing skills before beginning intensive test preparation.

Is the program updated for the Digital SAT?

Yes. Instruction and practice activities are aligned with the Digital SAT format. Students become familiar with digital questions, test navigation, time limits, and the skills assessed in the Math and Reading and Writing sections.

How is each student’s study plan created?

Students begin with an assessment of their current skills and testing needs. The results help identify stronger areas, learning gaps, and priorities so instruction and practice can be focused where they will be most useful.

Do students take full-length SAT practice tests?

Practice testing is included to help students apply strategies under realistic conditions. Tutors review performance with students, identify recurring mistakes, and adjust future lessons and assignments based on the results.

Are small-group and one-on-one sessions available?

GEM offers small-group learning as well as one-on-one support. The appropriate format depends on the student’s learning preferences, academic needs, schedule, and level of individualized guidance required.
