This is a 6 Days program offered as a service to our community to uplift and empower our youth!

✔️Core Skill Development: Campers build a strong foundation in speechwriting, presentation, and content tailored for middle schoolers.

✔️Engaging Curriculum: Daily workshops focus on confidence-building, logical reasoning, and public speaking through interactive games, drills, and mini-speeches.

The curriculum is inspired by the National Speech & Debate Association (NSDA) standards and best practices

Program Structure

‍

● Every session will begin with a broader lecture covering the theme of that day’s focus.

● Students will be divided into smaller groups based on grade level and/or skill level to ensure focused, age-appropriate instruction.

● Instruction will cover key areas such as:

   ○ Public speaking fundamentals

    ○ Argumentation and reasoning

   ○ Debate format and rules

   ○ Confidence building exercises

   ○ Leadership and teamwork activities

● Sessions will be interactive and hands-on, allowing participants to practice skills in real time.

● Male and female mentors will be available to guide each group, ensuring a supportive & inclusive environment.

Dates: June 23rd, 24th, 25th, 26th, 28th, 30th (No classes on the 27th and 29th)
Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Location: GEM Academy, 6300 Independence Pkwy, Ste A, Plano, TX
Grades: Open to rising middle schoolers.
