Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential grant opportunities, developing compelling grant proposals, and maintaining strong relationships with funders. This position requires a passion for education, particularly in STEM fields, civic engagement, and social services.

- Stay informed about trends, funding sources, and grant opportunities relevant to STEM education, civic engagement, social services projects, afterschool programs, and academic enrichment.

- Write clear, concise, and compelling grant proposals that effectively communicate the organization's goals, objectives, and impact.
- Collaborate with program managers and other team members to gather relevant information for grant applications.
- Ensure all proposals are submitted on time and in accordance with grant guidelines.

- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with current and potential funders.
- Communicate regularly with funders to provide updates on projects and outcomes.
- Attend networking events and conferences to expand the organization's network within the philanthropic community.
